Once again your team won on your finishing game
- I was hoping for a 3-0 win. Winning is important, but out of all the pro gamers Mumyung is the closest friend I have. It was our third time playing on TV and I ended up winning them all.
Because of your close relationship, were there any mind games prior to the game?
- Mumyung told me that on the GomTV classic, he defeated Inter.Young and Violet. I helped him to practice and took notice of his improved skills. I asked to be in the 4th set game expecting Lim Yo Hwan would come out, but to my surprise it was Mumyung, and to be honest it kind of scared me. I was able to overcome my fears due to my intensive training sessions.
You lost a lot of corsairs and reavers, more than you should have
- Yes, but Mumyung lost just as many or more which put me in a better situation. Even though I lost many of my corsairs and reavers I killed all of his mutalisks so I knew I would win.
I heard your practice sessions are getting longer
- I practiced a lot during the B-season too. I practice even more now, and that makes me very confident. After the team practice hours are over, I practice even more on my own. I no longer want to lose, I want to suit my new nickname `special fireman` and keep the promise I made to myself and everyone else.
Do you think you should be in the lineups toward the end game sets?
- I have 2 `saves` so far, I think it’s better for me to come out toward the end. I feel much more comfortable that way.
Your next game is with the KTF team
- After Luxury joined, the team definitely has more prowesses. However it’s very doable for us, I want to play against Flash. A long time ago before he was dominating the individual leagues I beat him in Pro League, and I want to face the new and improved Flash once again. I wouldn’t mind playing both in the 4th and the 5th set.
Any last words?
- The bad thing about our team is that when we get a loss the team atmosphere is quickly dampened. If we can rectify that we could very well have a record breaking winning streak.
